Can I send a photo of my prescription?
Yes. WhatsApp us a photo or PDF, or use our prescription form to upload directly. We accept handwritten, printed, and digital prescriptions.
What if my medication concern is urgent?
Call or WhatsApp us directly. For acute medical emergencies, please contact your doctor or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

Getting here from anywhere in Nairobi
Connect to Jakaya Kikwete Road (formerly Milimani Road). Gateway Place sits directly opposite Mebank Tower (Middle East Bank Kenya Ltd) and next to the Embassy of the Slovak Republic. Free, secure on-site parking is available for all patients.
Shortest walk: From Kencom, board any Upper Hill or Community bus (Route 7C) and ask the conductor to drop you off at the Law Courts. Gateway Place is just around the corner on Jakaya Kikwete Road (formerly Milimani Road).
Alternative: From Kencom or Ambassadeur, take any matatu heading to Hurlingham or Kawangware (Routes 46 or 2) and alight at the Integrity Centre / Sarova Panafric stop on Valley Road. Walk 7 minutes down Ralph Bunche Road and turn right onto Jakaya Kikwete Road.
Ask your rider for Gateway Place on Jakaya Kikwete Road, opposite Mebank Towers and beside the Slovak Embassy. They can drop you at the main entrance gate for direct access to the Lower Ground Floor.
